Having an LLC or a Corporation is not a license to steal, be neglectful, or act recklessly.

Now, I'd like to ask a question (your answer is not required)If you were stopped by a State Trooper and he said your were driving recklessly, would you ask him to please provide case law to support his opinion of your driving?

In the private sector, you can do your job well, for a well-established company like Circuit City, KB Toys, Lehman Brothers, Saturn, or Gourmet magazine, and suddenly find yourself without a job for one of many reasons: changing consumer habits, a dramatic drop in revenue, new competition, reckless management decisions, or just bad luck.

There are a lot of comments regarding the role banks had in the mess and there is no doubt that the financial meltdown couldn’t have happened without their recklessness.

During "normal" times it would choke off entitlements and reckless spending!

I'm not saying that you should be reckless with money, or that you should over-leverage, but if you want to multiply your money quickly, you can't be emotionally attached to it, and you must be willing to treat it as a tool to achieve your goal (of making more money).
