If they’re really wanting to wait until after the election, I’d monitor market shifts and interest rate trends.

For example a roof might have a 25 year shingle but with monitoring and minor repairs can easily last 30-35, maybe even 40 years!

The key is to stay informed and monitor the market.

I'm over on the West Side of the state so wouldn't be able to do a meet up in Detroit but I know there are some Detroit agents around so just keep monitoring this thread and I'm sure you'll get some participants soon

I have currently installed dehumidifier and monitoring the status.

I have a duplex with one meter and I use a Sense (https://sense.com/) device to monitor the total KWH that the upstairs unit is using I then take the electric bill and split the bill up based on the amount of power drawn by the upstairs unit vs the total usage.

I've done an excellent job at meticulously tracking everything, so I feel comfortable with the "monitor closely to see what a stable asset looks like" strategy.

From what I can tell, FTF did a poor job of monitoring the progress of the project and released funds to the developer when they shouldn't have.  

Therefore, I can't log into their dialer account, nor I can monitor/listen to calls.
