Anybody have any issues cancelling their membership if it wasn't all it was cracked up to be?

I now have 10 rental houses, am looking to move to small apartment buildings and am a basic member at Lifestyles Unlimited, which I also find to be worth the minimal membership fee.

The question you are asking, and what your post indicates that you want... makes you a ripe target for a high priced guru to sell you their expensive mastermind or tribe membership. 

Test drive the tech products - part of the BP pro membership is access to our amazing tools like Market Finder, Deal Finder, Rental Calculators, etc.

It is also far easier and more cost effective to scale by selling membership interest of an LLC or simply purchasing your real estate in LLC's where you raise money from friend's and family to serve as LP investors.   

Having access to all the calculators as many times as you like is a huge perk of the BP Pro membership!

Consequently, you can now just pay for the MLS without any association membership by finding a Thompson broker  Use Google to seek these & other ‘MLS only brokers’ in your state. 

But their memberships are still live.
