If something makes sense to hold for 10, 20, 40+ yrs I say go for it.

I wasn’t handed a blueprint for success—I had to build my own, piece by piece.Right now, I’m navigating real estate while under pressure and recent setbacks .

So are you looking to be more hands off etc...

@Christian Artusoyes - short answer: don't start with a long distance BRRRR.the more hands-on you can be, the more likely your BRRRR is to be successful.

Property management is remote so far, however I only need assistance with handing over Keys to tenants, handling repair requests and doing walk throughs at the end of the lease.
