I had to laugh at that one because as you might know, the Anderson window company has a sub-business with that exact same name, "Renewal by Anderson", so its a blatant rip-off of their name for that part of their business, which they advertise often around here, they even have a little jingle where they sing "Renewal by Anderson" in the jingle.

I currently live in Richland, the other two cities are Pasco and Kennewick.I keep an eye on what's out there for SFH under 150K and also look for reasonable small MFH's (duplexes mainly) and unless it's a blatant eyesore homes aren't remaining on the market long.

I have made it blatantly obvious on our listings now that we don't have cable.I actually use my own account there and haven't had problems with people buying things I just say if they do I will take charge them for it.
