I built some like that out at Hood River Oregon and they were super popular but better looking than those but still had shed roofs etc. was wondering if this is like a gold rush area maybe instead of mining the gold you sell the pots and pans to all the tourists ??? 

Missing the blatantly obvious that the competition factor alone means the gold is no longer in the ground, it's in selling gold pans, picks, and map's to the masses running out in search for the gold (ie REI Packages). 

You'll also get bombarded with solicitations for 'hot leads' and 'done for you marketing'... these shiny objects don't always pan out and you should be cautious when considering anything that makes lead generation seem 'easy'.Tons more to consider as you get started.
