I am a real estate agent + I'm in the middle of a gut rehab and it's hard to balance all of this with family ( kids + partner)

What kind of rewards have you found to be most motivating for your partners?

Needless to say, my partner and I purchased it, flipped it and made $70k. 

Three days later the 25% partner bought me out for $200k.   

What if she dies, claims bankruptcy, misses payments, gets a new partner who you don’t get along with and they intentionally screw you over in some way, etc.

So, of course greed, but also inflation, and labor rates, and all new costs associated with the COGS for any product is passed down to the consumer/borrower.Most of these loans are securitized so the payment streams are actually not theirs but the capital partners of the lenders that buy the packaged notes. 

I am a brand new real estate investor with a couple business partners exploring our real estate investment options.

My business partner and I purchased a 4 plex property in Grand Rapids Michigan.  

So most likely you'd have to come out of pocket or find a partner that wants in on the deal to provide the liquidity. 

Once I run out of money, I can partner with others with capital and I can manage the deals for a piece of equity and fees.
