If you are short on cash - you may want to assign a few properties firs.I like Hampden - great place - you can still some bargains there - but you need to really to look of looking.Look at the stats on any property that is listed - most all are over-price - sometimes due to the agent's recommendations - forget the price tag - it is up to you as an investor to make an offer that will satisfy your financial needs - We say if they don't cry - your offer is too high!
