We all know that real estate guru courses CAN be a scam, where people say they've done something that they haven't--their real estate business is comprised of talking about doing real estate but never having done it. 

The first whole lot is fenced, the half lot is comprised of the south half of the adjacent lot.  

It's actually in a neighbor hood comprised of other duplexes.  

My goal isn't to sit home and watch soap operas all day.

The free tools are a great resource for us consumers to manage trade lines, credit exposure and educate oneself on the basics of their credit score and what it's comprised of, but they're not a weapon to take to lenders demanding better rates and terms.Other lenders out there - what are your thoughts on the matter?

The list of repairs i've completed over the years mostly comprises of dead appliances and clogged drains.  

Here in Chicago, demographics are extremely segregated and violence along with it, enough so that I'm surprised the federal gov't hasn't made more of an issue of the segregation (but that's a soap box for me to stand on in a different thread).

@Eric Turner  you got it right its MLM.. end of story.. and like MLM there is product there are course.. in MLM there is product too  soap  and baskets  and all other kinds of products.. you have 5 links and ACNits all basically the same.. those at the Very VERY tippy top of the pyrimad make massive money.just like Seminar guru's make MASSIVE money .. and most of us I don't care what you say if we could trade places and make 10 million a year getting on stage talking real estate to those that would pay us to listen who is going to turn that down.
