It was fairly large (over 2000'), very stylish, with luxury features like hard wood floors, solar, granite counters, nice looking cabinets, etc.I was told the fact it was prefabbed saved ~30% on construction costs which if it was the quality of the prefabs from a couple of decades ago I would not have thought it was worth the savings but this was a very fine house. 

.- replace front and back doors and door frame (2)- plumbing/wiring for Washer/Dryer hookups- get kitchen outlets up to code so appliances work safely- paint and add knobs to kitchen cabinets - kitchen sink fix (replace faucet)- insulation of windows - plastic lining- make sure smoke detectors are working/to code- get garage door working - needs to be hooked back up - exterior siding cleaning OR paintingLet me know if you think this sounds reasonable or not...

The kitchen cabinets looked like they were from the 90s.

The house is between C / D but has a lot of updated features (42" wood cabinets, tile/wood throughout, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wrought iron mechanical fence, and whole front unit is in great shape). 

I have never rehabbed a house so I don't necessarily know what a contractor would want to do to it, other than obvious stuff like a new roof and paint or replacing old cabinets.

I took pictures of all kinds of issues: damage to most of my new cabinets they installed, electrician replaced a bunch of new lights and fan I had a prior contractor put in, wood trim was installed poorly unevenly cut, drywall finishing looked terrible, the plumbing they roughed in didn't line up with the vanities they knew were there to be measured... among many other issues. 

Looking for a cabinet person or general handyman in Ft.

Ditto for cabinets, bathrooms, waterheaters, etc.  

The kitchen and bathroom cabinets look as bad as the walls do and the stove is missing both of the racks and the bottom drawer.

In order to pull credit you have be the borrower or go through certification process that involves having an office, a locked cabinet etc etc...
