This is also why its important to keep rental licenses active.

Hey @Yoel Peyamipour - I'm a broker and investor in NYC and come across deals in the Bronx often, but don't have anyone buying there actively. 

Given all of the Than Merrill discussions, I'm surprised there has been no discussion of Trump University from Donald Trump which was active from 2005 until about 2010.  

@Zackarias AitchisonI definitely recommend finding someone who is actively providing deals right now.

Usually you put the LLC in the state where the activity is located.
