They seem to have a pretty awesome platform, would hate to find out the data isn't valid (I'm assuming it's fine though).

ATLANT calls itself the "Worlds Real Estate Blockchain Platform" and the whitepaper discusses, in depth, the idea of tokenized real estate ownership and the use of blockchain technology to create more efficiency and ultimately lower costs of real estate transactions. 

Ive done quite a few deals, gained valuable knowledge in real estate because of BP and will always be grateful to have such a wonderful platform and good contributors.

I also hope to experiment with using Airbnb's platform for some of my future properties.My current plan is to continue saving up money through frugal living, hustling with freelance design jobs, and selling real estate as an agent to purchase my first house hack.

It is my hope that connecting with fellow agents and investors on this platform will help us all grow our businesses. 

I hope to continue to get last minute bookingsIt has made started starting to advertise on other platforms.

@Chihiro Kurokawa a solid asset/property management platform should absolutely be able to handle rehab/project management as well.

It's not exactly a "fair" assumption but you have to put yourself in the shoes of an owner who's being solicited on a platform where it takes about 3 minutes to create a fake profile and/or pretend to be someone else.  

Word of mouth, marketing yourself every day on all platforms, have a good CRM to maintain everything, open houses, knock on local neighbor doors and facebook.  

The only incentive that any crowdfunding platform has is to maintain their reputation in order to retain/attract investors.
