If you're serious about it, you'll eventually want to join a mastermind group that focuses on lead generation.

@Francisco Anguiano you have some good responses already but do make sure you are following the Texas Tuesday Mastermind group on Facebook...and maybe even some other local groups.  

I’m in a couple of different mastermind groups, both of which I really enjoy for different reasons.

You want to do the opposite and be part of a master mind with successful people who already cracked the code and did the hard work .

Hi @Dylan Tettemer, look forward to the next military investing mastermind e-meetup. :)The only side hustle that regularly crosses my desk on a frequent basis that seems to consistently be working is Realtors that flip using Fannie financing as the side hustle.

NARPM.org is a good one as well as a Facebook group called Property Management Mastermind which has over 10k members in the management industry.

I have clients ( I own a marketing company as well) and friends that work at most large brokerages and interviewed them all to find a fit.We have an great support system in place with my brokerage including access to an amazing training library, one on ones, mastermind groups with top producers, etc.
