Basically, can you advertise any real property that is for sale, connecting the buyer with the seller and vice versa, through advertisements and promotions that includes all specifics, for a fee as long as you're not specifically representing the buyer or seller? 

I will be connecting buyers with sellers, and vice versa, promoting properties for sell,starting in Michigan.

I usually provide a copy of the before and after inspections and photos with the itemized list of deductions.I recommend you do your research on what the law considers wear and tear vice damage.

That is usually dated though and you would be wise to disseminate the comps yourself vice relying on the "Zestimate".

Should i show the property first then have them fill out the application and sumbit backround info or vice versa?
