Organized makes everyones life here in the office easier, and that allows us to work on your loan in a better state of mind.

These are all large organizations with endless personal who would have no idea of what I would be asking for unless I reached the right person.

Nevermind, too many rules and organized crime to deal with.

With the sports team coming in and a big wave of appreciation, a lot of people have got their sights on it, and at least a couple of the long-term vegas investors I know are starting to sell to cash in on all the hype that's going on now. 

Appreciation investing is dangerous and speculative, sort of like betting on sporting events. 

I could basically do everything related to management for them, including optimizing the listing to increase earning potential, organize the cleaning, and everything in between!
