Since I am good with computers and technology in general I decided to get a job as a software engineer so far I enjoy programming since I get excited by solving complicated puzzles in unique ways. 

Depending what the lender is looking for, you can adjust each of the 3 pieces of the puzzle as needed.

I've been studying the neighborhoods close to downtown for a little while now and I know that I'm missing a piece or two from the puzzle.

One last piece of the puzzle… the “repeat” part of BRRR!

From it all I have put the pieces of the puzzle together that they simply don't have access or resources to offer deals or services they advertise.

It puzzles me why anyone would do it when they could negotiate at least 10-15% down......so, yes, you can get a deal if you submit a good clean offer.

The instruction to put the real estate puzzle together are in the text books, otherwise you're just being shown pieces and many of those pieces don't fit. 

This question just puzzles the hell out of me.  

The borrower was not only able to pay his friend the investor back right away, but take out a HELOC as the deal was not public therefore the lender saw him as having full equity.I'm missing some important pieces to the puzzle so please help me out!
