The key in my case, as you will be able to see if you do some reading of past forum posts and blogs is to let EVERYONE you know what you are doing.

Like others have mentioned ask questions on the forums, read blog and forum posts that interest you, and soak it all in.

It started from an article then turned to blogs and has increased to books since there.
