I do get that it's in his interest to say that so I take it with a grain of salt..

Of course, take this with a grain of salt not knowing the area you are looking to invest in, price of homes, etc. 

But I also keep thinking the Lions might win the Super Bowl one day so take that with a grain of salt. 

All this being said, I am new to this myself so take what I say with a grain of salt but this is simply my two cents.
