Hello friendsI have a rental duplex, and one of the tenants keeps calling me complaining that the other tenants has visitors parking their cars next to the duplex and making noise partying or socializing.

I know that visitors here want to take advantage of the warm weather during the winter, and love to send pics of themselves in t-shirts or shorts to gloat to friends back home. 

It's because foreign visitors mainly go there for the all-inclusive resorts and it's therefore difficult to compete with them.Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo could work.

Our marketing materials are high quality and attract visitors.

I am looking into ways to find statistics on how many visitors the town/area get per month or year.

Owners of cabins/chalets may even see more business than usual as visitors are unable to fly due to cost, we saw something like that during peak COVID in 2021. 

Reason being is they are being overbuilt, and when the # of visitors goes back to normal but there is a lot more inventory, those who bought early can easily reduce their prices and still cover their costs- those who bought at inflated numbers cannot reduce their pricing, if they do they will be cashflow negative.
