I don't fully understand what a Bitcoin even is.

Its my understanding that the individuals are responsible for all the legalities, contracts ect to make it safe not to get ripped off.

If we buy this loan, we need to have a thorough game plan on how we are going to be resolving this and understanding these dynamics is key to managing expectations and protecting investments.Sounds like a deal more for someone that buys partial inheritance estates and spends years piecing it together than a note investor.

Looks to me there isn't a lot of room for creativity in SLC based on my understanding of Zoning and Planning. 

@Tom EvansCongrats on the potential STR in AZ.As for a shared well agreement, they can be tricky (even when it does not involve STR usage).

I have never invested in syndication.I understand diversification in different asset class (precious metals, real estate stocks etc).
