We just got it online in March and have had pretty consistent rentals, but are doing more direct booking than with Air B&B (through networks). 

Would Linkedin be idea to find mentor, I do feel it weird to go in to someone direct message to ask, but is that what people do?  

Anyone familiar with any lenders working with investment properties or can recommend creative ways of financing?

My gf and I have one but we got creative.

Usually, we have the contractor coordinate entry directly with the tenants. 

One great feature about BP is that you can go directly to the profile and business page of that QI right here. 

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.
