Bidding on your own against the other competitors has its own intrigue, with the pros all playing lots of games to distract you, or to try to get you to overpay, or sometimes offer you cash to walk away (illegal), and more. 

Hard money is for properties in really hot areas like Dallas or Atlanta where you have 15-20 competitors ready to snatch the deal from you. 

Are you functioning only in the spaces where you are needed for your unique touch, or are you feverishly grasping onto cumbersome tasks while your competitors are cruising by in the fast lane?

what are your competitors doing?  

The phrases that your competitors are not currently paying Google for Google will sell to you for pennies on the dollar..

You'd be foolish to neglect this, as all you competitors are using it to the fullest.Farming is not for the feint hearted.

If you prefer I can charge you $997 and $200 a month like my competitor..

That is computationally much more complex then most of our competitors who are just doing simple searches against pre-compiled flat files and showing pre-compiled property profiles.

I honestly have no issue with AirBnb because there are studies that show it is not considered a real competitor to hotels.

They always think their product / interface is superior, yet fail to understand people chose their competitor for a reason.
