Hey BiggerPockets friends,I am trying to find out about the process of decommissioning an elevator in Florida, I f anyone has any information on what the process looks like - What is the legal process? 

If you have to put in an elevator that could be a big cost2.

There are some upfront costs but it can be a great strategy to elevate a property to a new level.

So the price is elevated to compensate for that added risk.  

@John Underwood The plan would be to choose the best location, probably down by our creek with a fire pit, then build an elevated platform for the canvas tent to sit on so there would be a small 'porch' to sit on outside of the tent.

They seemed to not look much at the elevation drawings showing the wall cutouts because they missed a few minor wall cutouts also. 

This masterpiece would be used by the existing masters of the guild in the capitol city to judge if he deserved to be elevated from journeyman to master.

And other companies know this.As a former reporter for The Phoenix Business Journal, I think it bodes well for the Southeast Valley/Metro Phoenix being elevated on the consideration lists of other companies.Happy investing!
