I too feel like we are on the verge of some sort of correction in my area as prices have surged and as a result there are for sale signs bloody everywhere.

I kind of feel restless recently , is like real estate in my blood I just want more.

I would rather pay down the mortgage, which in turn allows for larger HELOC use if desired, which can then be used if a screaming deal presented itself.  

I've got some screaming hot deals because they don't communicate well, take short cuts, don't understand difficult situations so they just put lower prices and their clients don't know the difference.
