Now it doesn't mean that there IS a ton of money in foreclosures.My point is guard your mind from inexperienced people giving you advice.

I wasn't sure if there was anything related to financial history / Fair credit reporting that would catch me off guard.

Mostly Coast Guard here, but I think the idea of living in and then renting out  when you move (probably with property manager) can be a successful strategy.

If this rental is in a crap hole part of Atlanta good luck getting cameras to keep them away.I have seen some people pay a guard type person to stay in the house at night. 

The woman sounds persistent.Hindsight is 20/20 but it sounds like a 24/7 security guard or a live in house watcher would make sense.When they finally remove this woman, they will find that everything inside that can be ruined, will be ruined.

On the open market (mls) its different because people have a security guard called a Realtor.

These building inspectors are as bad as Nazi prison guards and get off on hassling the "rich landlords".

Same way I approach homeowners and other investors who are guarded because of the stereotypical hack contractors around every corner.

Just value your time and guard it from distractions.

One of our policies is with Guard, the Berkshire Hathaway Company and they will not write a policy that way.
