In the case of structural wood (studs, sill plates, headers, wood framing, etc.) that has mold, it is best to HEPA vacuum, then wipe with a solution of mild soap (dish soap) and water.

Alex, if you need an excuse to get out of the house so that you don't have to watch the Soap channel, and if the seminar is less than eight miles away and your vehicle gets 30+ miles to the gallon, it might be worthwhile to attend a guru seminar.

I must say though from a comprise of cost of living and weather considerations....IMO, Vegas is the best mix (SoCal is only 4-5 hours away if you want to hit the beach).

Here in Chicago, demographics are extremely segregated and violence along with it, enough so that I'm surprised the federal gov't hasn't made more of an issue of the segregation (but that's a soap box for me to stand on in a different thread).
