Just taking a wild shot in the dark for you....but if your gut is telling you something is "off"....but you are still comfprtable enough to go with the first agent....tell him to come in below the $2,150....or you are walking.....

What's really wild is their acquisition philosophy overall, as described on page 8: "We intend to continue to expand our scale of operations and develop properties and make acquisitions even if the rental and housing markets are not as favorable as they were when we commenced operations, which could adversely impact anticipated yields."

When I researched this, it's sort of ambiguous but says the person owning the crops must do work to tend them (specifically excluding mushrooms as there is nothing to do there) and the general feel of the explanation was commercial, not residential.But I couldn't find any real guidance on this.
