So you're absolutely right from a PMS capability that some of the major players include Hospitable, Guesty, Lodgify, Ownerrez, etc. 

If you’re using a hard money loan, ask your lender for a pre-approval letter to include as well.

They are doing a similar thing in multiple cities, including OKC.
