If you’d like to visually make the ceilings seem higher with paint alone, you could paint the ceiling the SAME color as the walls in that space. 

The numbers tell a story, and it takes a lot of perspective, which only comes out of extensive experience, to visualize the story behind the numbers.  

I'm trying to visualize how you could make it more appealing and get the higher rent.

The news coverage of many countries is often limited, the sound/visual bites they offer are real but as they lack context and depth they send a distorted message... but perhaps this is good as it reduces the competition :) Good luck with your ventures!

@Brian Spies I have looked at the hood vents, and I think it adds great visual appeal to a kitchen.

Coming from an architectural background, I now use Midjourney to create a visualization for potential development/remodeling of properties, ChatGPT for reading/writing and Analytics, and sometimes Github's co-pilot to create custom code for my workflows. 

I will keep it simple like Account Closed from a visual perspective.
