Ok, so I’ve read some more about DeMinimusFrom my understanding, a building is considered a unit of property, rather than each component of the building.That means you cannot expense individual building components under $2500.00 with the exceptions being electric, HVAC, plumbing, elevator & security (perhaps I missed a couple), Is this accurate?
