I have a problem in pulling the trigger on buying RE, when is that perfect deal coming along etc and I want to surround myself with people who are on an elevated level.

Ok, so I’ve read some more about DeMinimusFrom my understanding, a building is considered a unit of property, rather than each component of the building.That means you cannot expense individual building components under $2500.00 with the exceptions  being electric, HVAC, plumbing, elevator & security (perhaps I missed a couple), Is this accurate?  

I’m looking at adding to my portfolio and was wondering if a place with an elevator is a plus or a minus.

It also helped that the apartment building had an elevator! 

The fed is due to bump up interest rates this year, yet demand is still high, therefore keeping prices highly elevated.
