If you're hesitant to include email as part of your delivery method because they might unsubscribe, that's actually a good thing: if they unsubscribe, that's their way of telling you they were chucking your post card in the bin the moment they received it.  

I have found a deal that I believe is a slam dunk but the single bed/bath makes me a bit hesitant because it's not something I've really ever considered/thought about.

I'm a little hesitant to leverage beyond 70-75%, but it's good to know about, especially for the lower rates.  

My hesitation is based on my lack of knowledge and experience as a rehabber.

I have been going back and forth and hesitating on when putting up my first post but as written in The Ultimate Beginners Guide "I never worry about action, but only inaction" is a rule that I want to learn and live by.  

I hesitate to continue to use that phrase: if almost sounds credible.
