They are talking about extending water and sewer in the next 10 years , but I am not holding my breath 

Banks do have Federal Regulators breathing down their necks constantly and Regulators have loans that don't cash flow.

The whole building breathed a sigh of relief when these clowns left.I will never let a relative of an existing tenant move into another unit of my building.

Total opinion, but I wouldn't recommend holding your breath waiting for "another down turn" here locally.  

I researched for 2 years before finally holding my breath and diving in.

To affect you at all, it must be shredded, sanded, drilled, sawn, or otherwise pulverized in a manner that puts fine particles into the air that you breathe.

I have done this on my house that was built in 1959 with lead paint.I also bought one of those nice face Masks so I don't breath any lead paint particles and for other stuff since the house is so old. 

There is no independent oversight with the CFPB.Don't hold your breath!
