Your inability to listen, research, evaluate and place facts in context is why you are sitting alone in rural Pennsylvania. 

If you don't feel ready to self-manage I also wouldn't jump in during busy season, but take the time to listen to podcasts and read books, etc in the mean time.

It also appears that there are numerous companies / doctors / therapist that will provide whatever documentation you want for a fee, so even If I did get this documentation I'd have to vet if it actually means anything.

Furthermore, when putting in offers on houses, having numerous prequalification letters might give you more negotiation leverage.

Remember, there is no 1-specific road to success, listen to everybody's journey and then decide which road you want to take.
