I do have a third method being cash out refi the property that was renovated, however I am a bit hesitant on this one because I do want to wait another 2 years for a shopping center to be built to be able to get a better appraisal.I'm sure for people who have been in the game for a while, something like this has occurred before.

I've never really liked the idea of using my primary home as a cash machine, so that's where I'm feeling a bit hesitant, but with rates so low, I'm thinking, if I'm ever going to do it now may be the time.

Only reason I would hesitate to call the cops is because you don't want the neighbors to start associating you property with the police showing up unless you really have to have them there.
