I have experience in real estate wholesaling but would like to expand to doing flips, rentals etc. eventually to get into this full time. if no experience is an issue then how else are you supposed to get experience?

I get my MTR filled very easily with Airbnb.

It seems better battery life than WiFi, and I'd rather not change to the Encores if I can just as easily keep using the Connects.

Typically forexlosures are worth a lot less than appraised value especially if vacant because amount of repairs can easily be six figures

Despite losing an attack on this rule two years ago, the rent board is trying again to regulate everyone that invests their nesteggs to expand the housing supply. 

The area is a college town that is exploding, so I will most likely be able to raise rents to $2,500 next year very easily.

And if they do cut on it or it takes a beating, you can sand down and refinish them easily. :)

You can easily increase the rent and equity by 20-30% more if done correctly.

Additionally, find a realtor who can easily plug you in with their system and network of GCs, lenders, PMs, etc.
