@David HiteI too would recommend examining the case documents on pacer prior to any bidding when dealing with Chapter 13 bankruptcies, as in most instances you will be able to get a good picture of both the debtor's income/expenses and their intentions for the property.

My caution would be that people rarely change, the honeymoon may end and she, having the better stats, may be the one to bail, leaving you stuck with the lesser of the two candidates.Purely anecdotal-opinion, of course, and possibly it comes to mind because it just happened to my landlord-neighbor.

If you're getting no traction from a traffic perspective, I would definitely start by examining where the property is marketed (e.g.
