Serious buyers who live on planet earth?

He has 40 yrs experience with earth work and we have done several flips together, two of which required foundations and septic work.

If it’s a standard concrete slab patio on solid earth how about tearing out the affected area and replacing with concrete pavers so if the shifting continues it’s an easy fix. 

He once again was quick to suggest a couple of the properties on my list but a Google Earth search showed one had a massive Steel factory directly behind the house and the next one looked like it was in the hood despite having a 2.5 star neighborhood rating. 

Finding proven buyers is the most simple and easiest part of a wholesaler's job so why on earth would anyone want to do it half azzed!

This is a common argument against getting a license and I offer this rebuttal: Why on earth would anyone be scared or hindered from any added disclosures?

For what it's worth, I'm a Marine; I'll move heaven and earth and be darned if I don't make good on my word.
