I truly believe there is no better place to invest in than myself. 

I would refinance out of the FHA if your rate would become a lot better though.

If there are barriers that limit similar supply and you figure out how to get the housing units online, even better. 

However if the owner does not redeem you'd better be sure the property is worth your bid and expenses. 

Sometimes minor tweaks to the design can garner their support which is far better than having an adversary.

Lower interest is generally better than higher interest if you are the borrower.

If this is a a C class area or better, I would say this is a good deal.

So what I'm asking is if there's a better way to estimate CapEx on a property during preliminary analysis, i.e., without having to go to the state where it's located and asking around, i say this because there has to be a good way to estimate these things before going deep into the dealAny insights on this guys?

With a little work we can locate homes with an even better return.
