The Chandelier is beautiful but it doesn't move me enough to overlook many not $850k items.We have different level of rentals some rentals Home Depot is fine other rentals need more elevated fit and finishes.You know about the Landscaping it's as important if not the most important as key selling feature especially during these times when people are investing a lot in out door spaces.

Now because of so much damage (about 200k) the city is requiring all Units now and in the future be 1 ft above base flood elevation which is about 8ft total.

There are definitely some additional hurdles to jump through with the condos (building engineer, elevators, materials, layouts, HOAs, etc.) but if you have a solid team that has done them before you should be fine.
