I did not realize that KC is the jewel of that part of the world.. and I had NO idea the money there and the mansions and all the other stuff.I have been funding many deals by Cerner for about 3 years now.. probably 200 plus.. driven through it many times and other areas of KC>.

And it definitely has to do with the recent period of persistently ultra-low interest rates fueling asset valuations to reach all-time highs everywhere.

The luxury sector has already seen overbuilding and is pulling back which is limiting the prices of move up homes.

I don't have the luxury of a lot of time to figure things out at 24 and I should be a lot further in life but I am working toward my goals and am confident that the opportunities meant for me will not miss me!

I also have the luxury of not needing the income.  

I actually work 50-60 hours a week on an assembly line for 2.5 hrs per quarter so i don't have the luxury of having my phone on me.
