You don't need the specific property picked out to get preapproved. 

Just pick a day and every week that's the day you work on listings.

Best to pick a few favorite jockeys vs spreading way too thin without adequate due diligence...

Pick your path (renting out properties, fixing and selling) and look for good spots.

They generally pay upfront and come weekly to pick up. 

Pick a solution in line with the unit type. 

I'm not sure about Houston but make sure you find a great agent who's focused in your area. call agents who list new construction or who closed land purchases and represented people. on my closed transaction list and active listings it's land on the buy side and new construction homes on the sell side. make a spreadsheet, email and call every single one, have 10-15 conversations, meet with 3, pick 1. sales funnel. 

Needless to say, It is a constant battle picking-up leaves, sticks, and twigs.The tenants do not speak English and have created issues in the past with caused by raising chickens, large tropical birds, pot belly pigs, etc,.

Is the trash being picked up every week?

We have 2 bookings for 13 days in 2024.I will say our bookings for 2023 are a bit slower than usual but things should pick up after Christmas.
