Good morning investors, I’ve been listening to BP podcast for about a year, just turned my primary townhome into a rental and am obsessed with building a portfolio to achieve time freedom as I have 3 kids, 6,7 and a newborn.

Been investing for about two years now and have been listening to the BP podcasts for about a year.

I am gathering all my resources , first of all and listening to different videos but the price is very expensive for a person that doesn't have it.

Watch podcasts and listen to how others have done it. 

I have been listening to the BP podcast and a few others for awhile now, trying to soak in all the knowledge.

There are numerous variables to take into account in this scenario.

No.. the internet will show your competitors that DO have a website and you have then done a LOT of work ... to hand over that precious lead to your competitors..I know because I am that competitor in my market.I tell people to get a website yet they are too stubborn to listen to me.
