You would however as stated verify your title/escrow company is LT friendly and basically that is a corporate trustee or whichever trustee you use is selling the property to a designated beneficiary ( buyer) via directions from the trust's beneficiaries that simple and the escrow agent would follow that direction as well.I believe each transaction is different depending on what your escrow/tile company will allow so I would "pre-flight" the transaction to see what objections that may have.Just make sure you have an arm's length transaction.Mr Finance Examiner: Excellent reply on your posting on this.Good luck. .

Dont think they allow underground pex here.On replacing underground sewer pipe from house to the main its the place to examine same with a camera and determine from that if needed and how quickly.Most metal drain pipes that are older are MOSTLY plugged long before they have symptoms.

During DD I would not only be analyzing the financials of the fractured units you are purchasing, but also taking a deep dive into the HOA financials to examine their budget, determine reserves, etc.

Anyway, point is if you don't have any savings such that you have to have properties that are so highly leveraged that they produce such little cash flow, you might want to examine where your money at home is going first.
