Hello, I am looking for a recommendation for a property manager (preferably an individual) who can manage multiple properties in the Cleveland, OH area. 

If you can get both then wonderful, but generally most investors pick one or the other as it suits their individual goals.  

In real life it would play out with you telling tenant that it is in their best interest to keep the unit clean and assist with showings so you can minimize the number of vacant days.
