Not trying to kick while down but yes the first google entry for that zip contains the words "murder factory"I know a PM in KC but I'm guessing she wouldn't be too excited with that area.

Wa. that went a step farther.. they bribed the crier.. ( remember these are paid for independent contractors who cry the sales not Sherrifs) anyway they opened up with dollar over if anyone else bid.. the crier would mysteriously  get a phone call and announce that the bank had removed the sale due to a late bankruptcy.then these boys would meet behind the court house and these guys would get the deal for a dollar over.... this went on for about a year until one of my associates starting following up on these and saw they this company ended up owning them but we saw the sale cancelled or postponed.. a complaint was filed they got in hot water legally.. but no jail time same with crier he lost his job.. of course... these guys paid him 1k to do that per deal.

I'm not an English major, but I see many posters who murder grammar and language (not speaking of our foreign language members) but that is an indication of the level of education and abilities they posses.
