@Benjamin ZhangIt is a small regional bank that only lends in AZ CO, maybe CA.If you need a lender I would try a loan broker it costs 1% but they do most the work for you.

I typically prefer Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams as they are really good paints for the price.
