Not knowing what you are looking for specifically or what kind  of investing appeals to you, I'd just say to go hog wild on the forums and podcasts, learn as much as you can and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Your idea of a reasonable number and your tenant's idea of a reasonable number could differ wildly (I've got a good story about that one.)
