Question - why do so few people know about the Augusta Rule?

and the entire conventional wisdom of the 70% are there any people who don't really use it all and have found out their ways of making the numbers work Like adjusting the percentage based on the market. 

Technically, Conventional allows 15% down but you end up incurring a hefty hit to your rate/points options when you put down less than 20%, which makes causes most people opt to put 20% down.

That's quite a lot of money to most people.

If I did need to, Zillow would be my next go-to as I'm seeing more and more people use it.

@Landon Sheveland People do fix and flips while living into the property to classify the property as primary residence and not pay any capital gain taxes. if that is your intention, don't use LLC to establish this as your LLC.If your goal is different compared to what I said above, you can use LLC.

What I see a lot of people do is overthink it and then either stop in their tracks, or wait for years to get started due to the overwhelming data that they get on what they want to do.

From mold to people picking at it, caulk will need touched up at least once per year.
