This thread is a spin off of "Buy 1 rental home or 3 rental homes" I was wondering if any of you in BP nation own one or multiple higher end SFRs in very nice areas?

Too many mark-ups, too much spin.  

There are just too many variables that every step would be if/then statements and it would quickly spin out of control.

Guess will have to wait till 3D printers are common in construction 😅Jason as you mentioned there at lot of people looking for value add multi and the market is pretty tight, just got to keep spinning wheels and think out of the box, that's the only way to stand out, in California innovation is the key I guess.

Would love some clarity on this situation because we're spinning in circles without any direction, thanks in advance for any opinions.

I have never bought a home but never paid rent either. i learned from a young age to utilize multi level units for rent to spin for income while maintaining a full time job as well.

Just as you are on your statement about all of their products being cheap and made in China.Not sure what your issue is with the company, or a certain person that irritated you or whatever, but spreading lies and misinformation doesn’t support your case as “fact”, no matter how you want to spin it or place it in a semi-humorous pop culture context.

Don’t say you’re a cash buyer unless you actually are.Also you can spin it anyway you want but I also don’t like the whole “contingent to my partner” type clause or stuff like that
