The climate of the United States varies due to changes in latitude, and a range of geographic features, including mountains and deserts.

The difference between giving legal advice and providing an explanation is this - if you ask your agent what you should do and they tell you, that's offering legal advice - if you ask your agent what a contingency is and how the details of the contract work and they tell you, that's offering an explanation.

It's always nice to get thorough explanations from people with limited knowledge and insight.

If certain costs seem out of line or are significantly higher than originally reported, ask for an explanation and push back if you aren't satisfied.

Geographically speaking Lynn makes much more sense (and that's great insight into the towns future plans).  

Last week, we reached out with an explanation of our extenuating circumstances policy, which allows hosts and guests to cancel eligible reservations in certain circumstances without charges.

And Denver and Atlanta (though smaller in number) look like they are getting it in geographic clusters.By this map I wonder if the areas with large populations living close that have colder weather are more affected than other areas?
